Betty Enlind Allen
Betty Enlind Allen, president/owner of Decoy Realty, Ltd. is a lifelong Cape Codder Real Estate is not a new position for her. She has worked as a contractor and has also restored antique homes on Cape Cod and in New Hampshire. The hobby became a profession and she obtained her Brokers license. Betty is a member of the Cape Cod & Islands Board of Realtors, MLS, The Massachusetts and National Association of Realtors, MLSpin, and is a Certified Buyers Broker. Betty is the designated realtor of Decoy Realty. She has been active in the past as a member of the Sandwich School Committee, A Board Director for Thornton Burgess Society, The Old Kings Highway Historic Committee, and an officer of the Sandwich Woman's Club. When not in the office Betty is putting the final touches on the tavern in Northern New Hampshire (circa 1795), and her home in Spring Hill (circa 1825), or buying and selling antiques.

Decoy Realty Ltd. is 26 years young and specializes in antiques, land, reproductions, ocean & pond frontage and cottages by the sea. Decoy has a logo "If it is unusual it is a Decoy House!" The office has 10 associates working as Sellers and Buyers agents.

Carol Warren
Carol Warren moved to Sandwich in 1973 with her two daughters and husband David, a contractor and finish carpenter. Being involved with the many custom homes David has built on the Cape has gained her the knowledge, and attention to detail that she shares with families as she assists them in the purchase or sale of their homes. In addition to her experience in the residential home market, she also has owned and managed several commercial investment properties.

She joined Decoy Realty in 1995 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Real Estate Counselor and holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Her memberships include the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts and National Association of Realtors, the Cape & Islands Multiple Listing Service and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.

Jennifer Fagnant
Born and raised in Sandwich, Jennifer has lived in the village her entire life. As a native she grew up enjoying all the Cape has to offer, boating, fishing, camping, and the beautiful beaches. She is married to Rich, also a lifelong Sandwich resident, and has three young children. With a degree in Writing and Literature she got started in real estate after purchasing her home with rental property from Decoy Realty in 1993. Having seen the Sandwich more than double in size she understands there can still be a small town feel within the community. Jennifer provides knowledgeable and friendly service and understands the most important aspect in real estate is that all parties end up pleased with their purchase or sale. She has been working for Decoy Realty for 11 years.

Carol Trifone
Carol Trifone has owned and remodeled homes in Sandwich, Barnstable and Chatham since 1986. Formerly Director of Marketing Communications for Ocean Spray Cranberries, Carol brings a strong business background to real estate due to her twenty five year marketing career.
Carol has made a full time transition into the real estate business due to her keen eye for the hidden jewel areas of Cape Cod where she has lived full time for the past twelve years. She brings her clients a hands-on understanding of the importance of a homeowner's investment as well as her passion for living on the Cape.

Frank Goodfellow
Frank graduated from Needham High School and served 4 years in US Naval Aviation. After giving Government service 16 years he became a Finance Manager in the Automobile business. He has been aresident of Sandwich for the past sixteen years. He is a Real Estate Broker with over 18 years experience. Janine Destremps
Janine, her husband and three children moved to East Sandwich in 1971. She owned the Osterville Cheese and Sandwich shop for 11 years. After selling the business in 1997 and missing the contact with people she went into the real estate business. Janine is a member of the Cape and Island Board of Realtors, the National and Massachusetts Association of Realtors. She is also an active member of Corpus Christi Parish where she does volunteer work. She enjoys sailing, golfing and spending time with her family. Janine has been an associate of Decoy Realty, Ltd. since 2000.

Stephan Buckley
Steve has lived in East Sandwich since 1990 and has been involved in Real Estate on Cape Cod since 1995. He is an award winning listing agent, a certified Buyers Agent and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. As a former Inn Owner and Retail Store Manager, Stephan brings exceptional customer service and positive results to the clients he represents.
Stephan is also a member of the Cape & Islands Board of Realtors and the Massachusetts and National Association of Realtors.
When not at Decoy, Stephan can be found managing an ocean front resort (where he received a 2007 Leadership Award), or volunteering for numerous organizations, such as, Cape Cod Hospital, The American Cancer Society and Hospice of Cape Cod.
An avid dog lover, Stephan and his three Golden Retrievers can be found often exploring the Cape's beaches and hidden trails.

Charlie Coombs
Charlie grew up on the North Shore, and received bachelor’s degree in management from Suffolk University in Boston. He spent several years managing a bookstore in Harvard Square, and then went to work for a builder whose projects stretched from Beacon Hill to Marblehead. Charlie moved to the Cape in 1985 and worked for several builders, as well as owning a carpentry and painting business. He has had the good fortune to work in almost all the villages of the Cape. This has given him quite a bit of experience and familiarity with the personality and housing styles we have here on the Cape. The villages also have their own particular attractions, restaurants, museums, beaches, nightlife and all of this is available to you. So whether it’s the quiet beauty of the North Side of 6A or the urban feel of downtown Falmouth, Charlie can help you in your search for that perfect fit, and home.

Wayne Tavares has been a designer-contractor for most of his career and enjoys working in the housing/land development environment. Lisa, along with her husband and three children, has lived in an historic Sandwich home, built for workers of the Boston and Sandwich Glass Factory. She specializes in historic real estate and has a bachelors degree in interior design. This enables her to recognize and highlight those unique architectural features, like gunstock corners and parson's cupboards, that make an older home special. Lisa belongs to a variety of local and national preservation organizations such as: National Trust for Historic Preservation, Historic New England, Trustees of the Reservation, Thornton Burgess Society and Heritage Museums and Gardens.
